RIBBON BLENDERS
csblade2.jpg Stricklin Company ribbon blenders are double ribbon design with flat bar spokes continuous welded to a solid steel shaft. Ribbon blenders are available in carbon and stainless steel.

#28 Carbon Steel ribbon blender with end discharge. Blenders are available in stainless or carbon steel with end or center discharge. Air actuated or manual actuated slide gate outlets are also available.

#56 Stainless Steel ribbon blender. Some available options are: polished exterior, carbon steel external legs and supports, center or end discharge. Stricklin Company ribbon blenders are available in sizes ranging from 5 cubic feet capacity to 300 cubic feet capacity with motor horsepower ranging from 1 to 100.

Welding processes include T.I.G. or Heliarc welding as well as M.I.G. and Electrode welding. Baldwin Metals has capability of welding stainless steel, carbon steel and aluminum in thickness up to 2".

ssblen7.jpg Hinged covers are standard on our ribbon blenders. Some popular options are safety grates as well as options on hinge direcion of lid.
Our standard ribbon agitator uses flat bar spokes, cope cut and continuous welded onto a solid steel shaft. ssspokes.jpg
1dimples.jpg Stricklin Company can fabricate dimple jackets. The dimple jacket can be installed on any new tank, existing tank, or can be made (as the photo shows) to clamp onto the exterior of an existing tank. Jackets installed on new tanks can be made per ASME Code and rated at 150 psi @300 degrees F. These jackets can be used for heating or cooling purposes.
