Imagine a scanner similar to one you would find in an office however our laser is capable of of capturing two dimensional shapes of metals, woods, plastics or other materials.By scanning a shape into our computer system we have a blueprint in which to produce an identical replacement part. The utilities of this are numerous but especially handy if a client has experienced an equipment failure and is struggling to replace the broken piece. By scanning the item we can create a new piece identical to the original and repair the equipment.
In addition to capturing the shapes of a unique pieces, the laser inspection equipment also allows us a new method for quality control to ensure the finished part meets our clients exacting specifications.
