When clients initially contact us they will work directly with one of our talented project managers. These specialists liaison closely with architects, artists, engineers and others every single day which allows us to create their designs and bring their projects to life. Our project managers want to help you get the project you have in mind moving and built in the most efficient way possible.

A key to expediting your project is having a drawing, schematic or blueprint ready for our team. With a drawing in hand we can quickly ascertain what you require so we can provide you an accurate price quote. Additionally the drawing ensures when the project goes to production we can build your job specifically to your requirements. An engineering drawing such as a .dxf or .dwg file are preferred while we regularly receive .pdf files, but if you are in a pinch a freehand sketch can suffice!

Once we capture the details of your project and terms we will create an quote for you and give you a projected time frame for the completion of the job. Sometimes certain projects are 'hot' and demand very quick turn-around.

After both sides are in agreement on the project, things are quick to get moving. Once we have a purchase order or down payment, the design will go to our layout team and the job will be scheduled in the shop.

As the project is progressing we are happy to provide you with updates on how the project is progressing and if we will be able to deliver the project before the expected finish date.

Upon completion of the project you are welcome to come and pick up the work, or delivery can be specified.
