At Baldwin Metals we take great pride in our welding and assembly capabilities. Whether you need a prototype or higher volume production run, we can deliver. Our team of welders are seasoned craftsmen and among the best in the business. Fine artists regularly enlist our welding services to bring their art to life on account of the incredible attention to detail our welders put into their craft.
We utilize state-of-the art welding equipment and offer our clients TIG, MIG and ARC welding services. We regularly weld aluminum, stainless steel, chro-moly steel, carbon steel and even titanium. Additionally our welders are AWS (American Welding Society), ASME code-certified (American Society for Mechanical Engineers) and regularly build pressure vessels. In addition to a ‘U’ stamp for building pressure vessels, we also have an ‘R’ stamp and can repair pressure vessels.
Our welding bay spans nearly the entire length of our assembly building and we can handle small and medium sized weldments as well as exceptionally large weldments beyond 80 feet in length. We are also well versed in efficiently producing welded products in high volumes.

Many of our finished products make a stop in the grinding and polishing department before delivery to ensure the ideal finish to our clients specifications. Depending on the design this may mean a quick touch up or in some instances more time intensive graining or polishing to create a mirror like finish on an art piece, food grade product or another piece that requires a perfect finish.
